by commissioning me, you agree to these terms
β Full payment is required after the sketch is approved (for sketch commissions, full payment is due before beginning)
β No refunds after the sketch is approved
β If uploading to Toyhouse, please credit my TH account directly (@Beetleboil)
β You reserve the right to use your piece wherever you'd like so long as credit is given back to me
β Don't claim my art as your own
β Don't trace or heavily reference my art
β TAT ranges from a week to two months starting from the moment you reach the top of my queue depending on the type of commission and my IRL work schedule
β Commissions are not FCFS - I will reach out to you directly if your commission was accepted
β If your commission is cancelled for any reason, I reserve the right to reuse any art created so long as I change your character's likeness
β If paying with pets, they must be at least rare+, on my wishlist, and not a low demand species (unless store)
β You need a clear character reference in order to commission me. I will not work off of random art pieces. if you need a reference, I offer commissions for them! dm me if you're interested in that
β I tend to work on one piece in my queue at a time to give each commissioner's product my full attention. please keep this in mind before commissioning me.
