I allow my art to be Uploaded elsewhere, Printed, Put on a shirt (If you wanted?) and so forth. I allow the BUYER to draw over/edit it. I do NOT allow for gifts from my blacklist. Ways to get Blacklisted - Scam me, Claim my art, and cause Drama.
