Rules ::
-Be patient; I'm not giving myself a time limit, but feel free to give me a poke if it's been a month
-Wait for me to accept your order before sending payment; I will not accept it until your order is complete
-I may decline any order for any reason at any time
-Always make sure you have enough of the chosen payment(s) in your bank/inventory during the duration that your order is being worked on
-Check the News/Updates area and the Slots area to see which orders I've started working on
-Gore is allowed! HOWEVER - you will have to keep in mind that I cannot post your art on CS and I will have to handle your order offsite; Discord DMs would be a great option for this (if ordering gore, post your order form here without detail; I'll PM you my Discord and we can go from there) - other site options are Deviantart and Toyhou.se
-NSFW (besides gore) isn't allowed, simply due to the fact that I can't draw it well enough
-I may draw robots, mechs, complicated androids, extremely complicated designs, and maybe equines, though I am not very good at these things; I will try my best, but no promises -- everything else is fair game
-You may ask for small changes after your payment's been accepted free of charge; bigger changes may require more payment
-Just a heads-up: I tend to avoid characters with religious symbols on them for personal reasons; there may be some exceptions, but I think it's only fair to warn you
-These rules may change/be added to at any time
TOS ::
-Never remove my sig(s) from the finished product(s)
-You may post my art and designs offsite with proper credit to my Toyhou.se account;
DO NOT CREDIT MY CS OR DA ACCOUNTS
-You may not use my art or designs for commercial use without permission
-You may not add IRL monetary value to your character using my art
-You may not use my art in an AI generation program, use it to teach AI how to art, or turn my art into an NFT
-Neither my art nor designs may be used for hate, slander, racism, ableism, etc.
-My art and designs may not be involved in illegal misdeeds or settings
-You may not sell my designs/customs for more than you bought them for unless adding on the value of paid/commissioned art
-You may make any changes to my designs/customs as long as I am still credited as the original designer/creator
