・❥・⠀i own the artwork, and the commissioned image may not be used commercially or without credit.
・❥・⠀commissioned artwork must be sfw and follow cs guidelines.
・❥・⠀refunds are given on a case-by-case scenario.
・❥・⠀proper reference and order sheet is required.⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀image rights⠀
・❥・⠀i, the artist, hold all rights to the commissioned artwork itself. you, the client are allowed the image for personal use, and only that.
・❥・⠀as the original artist and image rightsholder, i am permitted to use commissioned artwork as portfolio pieces and examples. clients will still be credited with the artwork as the character owner.
・❥・⠀commercial redistribution of artwork is not permitted. when posting artwork, linked credit to my cs page or toyhouse (@snailfulx) is required.
・❥・⠀you may not alter artwork or claim it as your own in any way. this includes using it without credit (see above).⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀content rules⠀
・❥・⠀you may not commission artwork that breaks chickensmoothies website terms of service. this includes, but is not limited to, heavy gore, nudity, suggestive themes, and stolen characters.
・❥・⠀i will not draw content that triggers me for personal reasons.
・❥・⠀if a design if too complex or confusing, i may refuse to draw it.
・❥・⠀you may not commission art of characters you do not own without explicit permission from the creator.
・❥・⠀you may, however, commission art of characters from popular media. please note with this that i am not an expert on every piece of media, though, and i may not recognize your character.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀refund policy⠀
・❥・⠀i will take the full payment once i have responded to your commission form.
・❥・⠀if the commission is cancelled by either party before progress has begun on the design, a full refund will be issued.
・❥・⠀if you cancel the commission after progress has begun, you will get a refund depending on how far along the piece is.
・❥・⠀refunds will not be given for completed or nearly-complete work.⠀
・❥・⠀both parties reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time for any reason, without explanation.
・❥・⠀if i cancel the commission due to my inability to finish it for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
