please note that by commissioning me you abide to the following --
terms and if broken in any way, you will be blacklisted and unable -
to commission me in the future. read through these carefully and if
you have any questions, don't hesitate to message me.
one. i reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
with or without explanation. you're free to message me about
it if you like. on that note, this is not a fcfs shop. i will accept
those i feel the most comfortable with at that time, if your
form isn't accepted one round, try the next!
two. i will NOT draw anything involving nsfw content, discrimination
etc. in the examples section i have a list of what i can and cannot --
draw, if you want something that's not listed, ask.
three. payment must be received first before i do anything, i won't
accept it until the art is done.
four. do NOT remove my signature, claim my art as your own and do
NOT resell it for any sort of currency. such actions will instantly get
you blacklisted, i do not tolerate art theft or others benefitting off
of my work.
five. please don't be rude or disrespectful. i don't like drawing for
those types of people.
six. please allow up to two weeks for your art to be completed. i'll
let you know if its going to take any longer, but you're free to send
me a 'checking-in' message if you'd like. you have seven days to
change your mind after commissioning me, after that, there will
be no refunds.
seven. credit me @wildsight on TH. i ask that you do not post
the art on any other platforms besides TH and personal places.
failure to do so will result in a temporary or potentially permanent
ban from my shop. i am tired of my art disappearing into the void
and the like.
rules may be added, changed or edited at any time.
