Welcome to my art shop! I've been a member of Chicken Smoothie since 2011, I still haven't got my dream pets so I figured that it is time to really crack down and really work towards getting them!

Terms Of Service

Hello, and welcome to my Terms of Service! This is where you will find the rules that I personally have
when buying or trading my art. These rules are meant to keep both of us out of harms way.

Refund Policy:

If for any reason I cannot finish your piece, you will be refunded in full. Otherwise this is the refund rate:

After sketching - 75% of the initial price will be refunded
After Lining - 50% of the initial price will be refunded
After Coloring - 25% of the initial price will be refunded
After completion - No refund available

If for some reason you are not happy with your work or want something edited, depending on the circumstances I may be willing to do it for free but the first time is courtesy if you are not happy with the edit and still want it fixed/tweaked I will be expecting some sort of compensation.

Copyright Terms:

If you buy a piece of my work, I ask that you do not claim it as your own or remove my watermark. I also ask that it will not be used for prints of any kind. (Clothing, mugs, etc.)

Payment:

In all cases with the exception of payment plans, I expect full payment BEFORE I start.

I am open to payment plans with big orders if you are able to pay 75% of the price up front and have experience/proof of at least two or more successful payment plans.

Deadlines:

If you need a piece by a specific date you absolutely need to SPECIFY before sending the payment. I cannot stress this enough, I have a life outside of my computer with schooling and work so commissions/trades might not take priority. If you need the piece by a specific time I might be able to work with your schedule if given the right circumstances. Otherwise, it could take 3 days - to a few weeks to finish your commission!

Character Guidelines:

Characters to be drawn must have a reference sheet, personalities are nice but not essential. I will not be designing characters unless you specifically order a reference sheet or custom design.

Please remember that I reserve the right to refuse anything that is asked of me if I deem it necessary.

I am currently accepting DA points, List Pets, and C$ as payment! Pets have the highest value to me right now!

Commission Examples:

Priced at 25 C$ or Rares/Very Rares 2014-2019

Priced at $30 C$ or Rares/Very Rares 2012-2019

Priced at 40-50 C$ or Very Rares 2010-2014

Priced at 70+ C$ or Mainlist Pets

Price varies for design complexities and extras!
