Welcome to my art shop! Hopefully everything is easy to understand. Please ensure you read instructions and prices thoroughly. When requesting commissions and customs only do so through Chicken Smoothie, not ToyHouse. If you have any questions feel free to ask!

Small note of how long commissions may take me:
I work and live on a ranch where I do most of the manual labor and take care of the animals. I breed/raise ducks for meat and eggs, geese for goslings and eggs, goats for meat, and chickens for eggs, chicks and meat.
I am a type one diabetic and currently suffering from long term covid(you may pm me and ask about that!).
I also have two jobs, one dependent on weather and usually is an all day thing and the other one shift 2-3 days a week.

So pretty much from all that things irl tend to turn up out of the blue and I have to focus on that, so sometimes my days have nothing going on and sometimes everything happens at once. If nothing is going on commissions usually take me 1-3 days.

Commissioned Artwork
You may share it anywhere as long as you link back and credit my ToyHouse
Do not commission another artist to recreate my artwork
Do not use my artwork for profit (like printing it on t-shirts and selling the t-shirts)
Do not remove my signature
Do not trace, alter, use as a base, or YCH, or anything else along those lines

Customs and Adopts
You may share it anywhere as long as you link back and credit my ToyHouse
You may redesign or change species as long as I am credited for the original design
If a base is used, please be sure to properly credit the base’s artist(s)
You may regift, resell, or trade the character
You may not resell for more than what you payed, unless there is additional art
You may not sell my designs for real world currency or cryptocurrency(such as bitcoin)
Do not remove my signature or ,if a base was used, the base’s artist’s signature

If I learn you are purposely or continuously breaking any of these terms, you will be banned from receiving artwork, customs, and/or adopts from me. Customs and adopts may be repossessed without refund.

Pricing

This is a reference for the value for pets as most prices will be in chicken dollars, but I will also accept pets.
Im okay with rereleases, but please include their true date year AT LEAST, other wise it will be valued by its rerelease year. I dont always have time to search through the archives to find truedates(thats why I have a folder with pets that need truedates found)

Specials

Occasionally I get in a creative mood or extra time on my hands, and will do limited time specials like character grab bags, tarot card customs, style challenges,ect. Specials are usually cheaper than my normal commissions. When I open up a new special I will also make a new post advertising it, so bookmarking would be a good idea if you want to keep up on when they are open.

I will be using tealea's pup base default. you may request for other bases to be used as long as its rules allow, please provide a link to the original thread for the base.
I will more than likely do line art edits.
I primarily want c$ but will also accept rares and store pets so long as it is equivalent to the c$ cost, please see the price list(dec 18th pets will be valued at dec 18th year if their td year is not given)

if you are offering pets please move them into a locked group so you do not accidentally trade them away
