color of rare base: 2 rares (may not be the same year unless they are '10 or older)
edit-friendly base: 1 very rare ('15-'17)
1 edit: +1 rare
2 edits: +1 rare ('10-'15) or +2 rares ('15+)
3 edits: +1 rare ('08-'10) or +3 rares ('10-'15)
animation: +1 rare ('08-'15, depending on difficulty and number of frames)
You may also request a random design (artistic freedom commission) for 2 rares or 1 very rare of any year.
