~Hello fellow peeps of the internet!
I'm bored and need something to draw, and hoping to get something out of my art. Here you supply the character and payment, and i'll supply the art in return. Sound easy enough?
Make sure to read all the rules and guidelines before posting. ^^

RULES

❉ Save/download the drawing/art once I've finish. i might end up deleting it in the future.
❉Please do not pester me asking "when will you be done" or "can you please hurry up".
if it's been more than 3 weeks after you payed, and i still haven't finished, then u have the right to message me asking POLITELY why, and i'll respond with a status update. if after 1 week i still haven't finished, i'll give you a full refund
❉Dont be rude
❉If you don't get a slot, please don't post saying "darn, i missed it" or something like that. it's highly annoying.

Novi was a pretty happy-go-lucky guy in his early days, but after being passed around from home to home, he's grown gradually more withdrawn and reserved. He prefers to keep to himself on most days, though he sometimes finds himself being dragged along to concerts with his more social friend, Dee. Since Novi greatly enjoys music (and Dee's company), he really can't complain.
