How to use a form:

To use a form, just click "select all" on the top of the box below. Then, select "copy". When you are done that, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "quick reply". Then, paste. From there, you can answer the questions where the "--" is.

My recommendations on how to fill out the form properly:

1. I don't recommend you choose to many characters, the colors may clash, and there may not be enough room for many of them.

2. Try not to choose to many colors for the theme,
they may clash.

3. Try not to give me to many images, or gifs, for example, 7 images, and 3 gifs is WAY to many, where am I going to fit everything?
