This thread is where people can come with a desire for a new character, but they also will be creating a character for another person. There will be a skeleton of a form located farther below for everyone to fill out while they post.

As soon as you have claimed a person you have a Two week time limit to complete this character which means, people shouldn't expect their new character within a few hours, but at least be excited to know in two weeks or less they'll have a new character to love. If you do not finish in the two weeks given a strike will be given as well as a ban until you finish.

Basically here's what you have to do. You will post after a person and claim them which means you will look at the form they have posted and based off that create them a 100% custom character. This includes custom lineart (There's a second option so keep reading). In that same post of you claiming to design someone a character you will also post your own form with what you'd like and it's a continuous loop where someone will claim you and make you a character. You have to update your post with the finished character that way when I (Champion.) or other staff do a sweep through to see if you have completed your end of the deal. Not completing the character you owe will result in consequences.

*Include your own form in your post
*Everything on this thread is FREE meaning you CAN NOT charge for designing the person a character.
*Always say thank you somewhere. It's a nice thing to hear after doing work for free and putting effort into it.
*You have two weeks. Finish the design in time.
*If a problem occurs do not post it on this thread. Either PM me or one of the staff members assigned to dealing with problems.
*You must finish your previous design before posting again (Haven't finished yet=Can't Post again. Finished=Can Post again. )
* EDIT your post with the finished character so myself and staff can see you've finished and the new owner can see.
*ALL art is accepted [Digital, Traditional, etc.]
*Please try not to do the same person twice for at least 2 days prior to you doing them last <3
*NEW Once the design is finished, please PM it to the person AND provide an actual image instead of just a link.

Design Rules:
DO NOT:
*Copy designs from existing material (TV shows, movies, books, ect)
*Copy other’s existing designs/characters
*Make designs of closed species without permission.
*NEW! Don't just use a fill bucket tool, on anything, ends up making something looking choppy and sloppy some times.

Other Rules:
DO NOT:
*Complain about the character you received in return/say your design was better/complain about giving up the design you made on here or anywhere else.
*Attach stipulations to the character you made. If you’re using this thread, you are getting a character too. There’s no need to supply a bunch of rules to go along with it. It’s unfair to the person who you’re making the design for. If that bothers you, then don’t use this thread. We want to make this fair for everyone. [If a person attaches rules to the character they made, you do not have to follow them as it's stated they can't do it]
*Sell/giveaway the character you receive until a month has passed to see if you can connect or not. This isn't a place to request characters for free to just straight off sell.
*Sell the character unless it comes with more art. It's a free character. So unless they come with more art do not sell them.
*Reuse a design someone else made, even if you own it.
