You wake to the sound of a soft breeze, rustling the leaves of far away trees. As you open your eyes, you see a clear blue sky, not a cloud in sight. You slowly stand up, dazed by the sun. You find yourself in a large clearing circled by tall, luscious trees. Looking around, you notice a small shack in the center of the clearing. Curious, you walk towards it. You suddenly notice all the strange creatures strewn across the clearing. They don't appear to be moving... Could they be... Sleeping?
"You there!" Someone calls. You snap out of your daze and whirl around to see an old man by the shack. "Come to get a Companion, eh? Go on then, look around. I'll be in here when you need me." You look around, mesmerized. Companions... That's what these things where. As your gaze drifts around the clearing, you find yourself entranced by one of the creatures. Could this be meant for you?

- The island of Kiäna is full of creatures called Companions that you can adopt. In your care, they will grow and develop personalities and quirks. Not only that, but they will influence the world around them.
- Once you have adopted a Companion, you will begin an adventure with them that will influence the way they grow. Be careful of the decisions you make, since they all impact your companion.
- You can purchase bottles that will give your Companion a new look, based on it's theme. It can also affect the way they act, what they can do and how they interact with their world.
- Only knew bottle can be used on a Conpanion at a time. If you want to apply another, the new theme will take over the existing one.
- Each Companion is completely unique, so if someone has already adopted one, you'll have to look around and find another that's available.
- Your Companion will wake up shortly after adoption and start to develope their colourful designs and personalities.
- You can have as many Companions as you'd like. If you have more then one, they'll interact and help each other grow!
- You're companions will stay awake for 1 month (5 story parts) before falling asleep again. You can purchase coffee to keep them awake longer.
- Tardiscraze will be designing some of the Companions as well. If you adopt a Companion that she has designed then she will be the one to update the drawings when they age or when you give them bottles.
