So I know no one likes these but they will need to be set so this can hopefully stay smooth.
So first off you must know that I go to school and high school at that so that means alot of homework for me and little time on my laptop to draw. And my laptop is a windows 8 so I only draw on this website when I can borrow another laptop so most likely your artwork will be uploaded to Deviantart.com. But just because I am uploading it to Deviantart doesn't mean it will affect how you get your art. Your art, when finished, will be posted right here in the pick up section of my art shop. And when your art is finished I will send you a pm saying it's finished. So with that being said lets go ahead and get started on the rules.


-All of Tess's rules apply.
-Keep spam to a minimum. If you have a question don't be afraid to pm me.
-Be polite.
-Artists are people, not machines. Though I do tend to forget things so if you've been waiting a week just shoot me a pm saying something like "Hi I was just wondering if you were done yet? thanks , (your username)"
-Speak intelligently.
-Wait your turn.
-I can do art for competitions but I will not make any entries with backgrounds because backgrounds tend to take longer and competitions have time limits.
-First come first serve.
-Not accepting pre-orders. If all slots are closed you will have to wait til they reopen then post your form again sorry.

A payment lets customers know what pets/items/CS cash you are requesting for your art. In other words, you do art for them, and in return they pay you what you are requesting. However, some people request to be paid how much you think their art is worth. This means that they aren't requesting any specific price, but are letting customers choose the price for how well drawn the art is.

So, like Tiikasha said in that last bit, I'm going to let you decide what type of payment I should get based on quality. But please remember that I am running a buisness here to. I don't expect a big payment but I don't want to be payed with a few pets from this month either. And sorry if this sounds a little harsh, but I am trying to make a profit. To try to make it fair for both me and my clients I started cs back in march of 2011. So with payment you can pay me how ever as long as its march 2011 or below.Though my expectations are rares.
EDIT PLEASE READ!!-Please NO UNCOMMONS OR COMMONS. And sorry if this is rough but I am not taking time out of my free time, working hard on a picture to be paid with something I most likely already have or can easily get through a trade. And I'm not trying to be mean, rude, or pushy I just feel a little taken advantage of .

A: No. I like to be surprised so surprise me. (Well most of the time. )
