Let's go through the form.

Username: Pretty self-explanatory. Your username goes there.

Theme: If you want your signature to have a specific theme, i.e. galaxy, teddy bears, nature, etc.

Pictures: What kind of pictures do you want? Any specific pictures?

Quotes: Any quotes you want in your signature?

Links: What links do you want in your signature?

Text: Anything you want to say?

Other: if there's anything else you want.
