Well. Etern-something decided to open this art shop to keep track of her art bombs and give others more choice on what they could be bombed on. Now this is not a very very frequent thing, and it is in no way profitable... At this moment.
You can pick up your free art here and order free art here as well. She's said that this is typically for friends and artists of other adoptables, friends can order here (ya know who ya are... B3) and so can the busy artists from other adoptables.
