ж Here is a quick overview, so the rules make a little more sense:

― You will only post your art form in this thread.
Please do not include any links or references yet. Fill out what is on the form, nothing more.

― I will reply to you in this thread with what you need to pay me for that request.

― Once I have replied, I will send you a private message, which is where you will give me all of the necessary references and information.

― Please don't PM me first; once you know what your payment is, you can send it. Thank you!


― "Closings" are when the shop shuts down at the end of every month to finish up any requests. I will reopen whenever all of them are done, and then you can try for a request again.

― This shop is expected to run normally from mid-June to mid-August, with some raffles or free drawings peppered in between the rest of the months.

Sketches;


— TWO uncommons or ONE rare.

— 10C$.


Flat-colors;


— FOUR uncommons or TWO rares, or ANY store pet.

— 20C$.


Full Picture without Background;


— FOUR rares or TWO very rares, or ANY TWO store pets.

— 40C$.


Full Picture with Background;


— SIX rares or THREE very rares, or ANY THREE store pets.

— 60C$.


Line-arts;


— ONE list pet or ONE OMG so rare, or ANY entire store pet set.

— 70C$.

٭ Please be aware that if you wish to have multiple characters {more than one} in your commission, then your payment will increase by one rare pet from 2010 or older or 10C$, no matter what your request is.

٭ Here is what you are allowed and not allowed to do with my work after your commission is complete! ٭
Please be respectful and follow these guidelines.
If you do not agree with something written here, do not commission me.

Line-arts;
— You can color these in as many times as you desire.
— Leave my signature visible at all times.
— You are not allowed to claim the lines as yours at any given time.
— If you would like for other users to color in the line-art, please let me know, as I will have to give them the permission to do so if it is on the Oekaki boards. This may require a fee if you want more than three people to use the line-art.
— The colored-in versions can be used as an icon, pasted into your signature, or used as a character or plotline reference in role-play boards.
— Please do not publish the lines on any site other than ChickenSmoothie without my explicit consent.

Sketches, Flat-colors, and Full Pictures with or without a Background;
— Leave my signature visible at all times. If the image has been cropped for icon or signature use, please give credit to me somewhere in your signature.
— You are not allowed to claim these images as yours at any given time.
— These images can be used as an icon, pasted into your signature, or used as a character or plotline reference in role-play boards.
— If you need the image to be resized or cropped, please contact me; I will be able to do this for you {no fee!}.
— Please do not publish these images on any site other than ChickenSmoothie without my explicit consent.

Remember that at any time, I have the right to modify these rules or decline your request to use the art on another site, even if I have let another user do so. If you are unsure of something, contact me!

٭ Some important information for you to know! ٭
Please read over all of these, as they are essentially the rules of my art shop. If anything, please read the bold text.

✪▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬✪

Leniency;


— If you are having a hard time finding pets from my wishlist to pay me, please let me know. I will accept non-wishlist pets that are from 2008—2010!

Limits;


— You are allowed to request once per month that the shop is open!

— There are ten slots that work on a first-come first-served basis.
I would like to give everyone a fair chance at requesting, so please be patient.

— If you had previously received a slot in July, and request again in August when twenty users happen to try for a slot, your request might be overlooked so that someone else can have a chance {this is not guaranteed of course! this heavily depends on the popularity for that round of empty slots}.

Completion;


— If you request something, it will most likely get finished. Read below for exceptions to this rule.

— Please take note that it might take a bit of time for me to complete your request.

— You do not have to message me asking about whether your drawing is finished; please check the Request List for the status of your picture if you are curious.

— When your picture is complete, I will PM you telling you so!


Payment Time;


— After I have replied to you in this thread you can send your payment.

— Your payment will be accepted before your artwork is done!
I will be keeping my trade history, so you should as well.

— If you do not send the trade before your art is done, the art will not be submitted.

— If so much time passes and you have not paid, your slot will be given to the next user in line.

References;


— Only request artwork of your character. You can request a gift for a friend, but do not ask me to draw any commercial characters such as ones from My Little Pony or Pokémon.

— Do not assume that I know the character you are talking about. In our messages, please be very specific and provide as much information and references as possible if you would like an accurate drawing!

Refunds;


— If you would like to cancel a request on your behalf, there will not be any refunds.
However, if you'd like to request artwork later in the season, you will not have to pay as long as you provide evidence of your previous cancellation.

Exceptions;


— Your commissions can risk cancellation!
— I will always accept anything that is given to me, but sometimes a lack of motivation can get in the way.
— If I realize that I cannot complete your request, I will give you your payment back.
— Before giving up entirely, you'll receive two options:


• Changing the content of the request
• Waiting
— When I tell you that it may take months for me to finish your request, I sincerely mean it! This has happened before.
— I will not use this as an excuse to refuse commissions.

Preferences are simply requests that I would enjoy drawing more or have had experience with drawing, but feel free to request anything that is not listed here. It's always fun for me to try something new!
And a head's up: I am the worst at felines, so try not to request too many of those.

If you do not receive a PM within 2 days of knowing for sure that you had posted properly in this thread, please check back and see if you have been wait-listed or denied, or if I have accepted you and have forgotten to message you.
It is in the private message that you will tell me what exactly you want me to do for you! There, you will provide all of your reference sheets and the information required for me to complete your request.



You need to have your private messages turned on, otherwise I cannot communicate with you about your commission!

Here's a breakdown of the information that the form requires if you are curious:


— "Username" can either be your full username or any nickname that you would like me to address you as. I will always refer to the post you have made in this thread for your profile and to keep requests organized.

— "Type of Request" simply means what kind of picture you would like! This can be a sketch, flat-color, full picture without a background or with a background, or a line-art. Please make sure you absolutely know what you want before sending me a form.
Check out the Examples & Preferences post as well as the Criteria post before you make your decision.

— "Type of Characters" will refer to the species you plan on requesting. If you don't have a name for the species or aren't sure on what you're going to ask for yet, just say so or put "N/A".

— "Number of Characters" is an overview of how many characters you will be expecting me to draw for you. Remember: the price of your commission goes up by either one rare pet or 10C$ for every character you add on!

— "Payment" is where you will let me know exactly what you plan on paying with for your request. This is essential and assures me that you have read over my criteria and have actually checked to see that you can afford what you're requesting from me.
