1. You must have permission from the original artist for any fan-created images you want me to use for graphics. The exceptions are CS images and official art from any series. I will also NOT use any art that was not created for you.

2. Do not direct link. I periodically delete commissions from my Photobucket. Upload images to your own Photobucket and Imageshack.

3. Do not claim my work as your own or alter my work in any way. If you want alterations or need code fixed, please ask me, I will be happy to do it.

4. Do not remove the MLP-VectorClub link on the sigbox.

5. What your reference picture shows is what you're getting! Please have an up-to-date reference picture. Any extra "oh yeah and..." text will not be accepted.

6. If I do not receive payment or your form is not complete within five days of your order, I will cancel your slot and you will have to reorder. Once your order is accepted you may not change payment. Change of payment may result on your order being canceled.

7. Do not order characters that are not yours! This includes random designs you found on Google or Deviantart. That is art theft and I will report it to moderators.

8. I only do one order at a time.

9. Please don't ask me when something will be open. My answer will always be the same; I don't know. I rarely plan openings ahead of time.

10. I don't take reservations or orders while closed. Orders are only taken when I'm open. Only complete forms with correct payment will be accepted. Forms posted while closed will be ignored.

11. I will not do art or graphics for adoptable or character applications. You must own the adoptable or character outright. If you sell or trade the character or design, the new owner does not have permission to use my work, only the original buyer of my art.

Grab bag art is like pony packages, but with art! Give me a ref and a description of your character's personality and likes and what style you'll get will be totally random. It could be anything from a paper chibi to mini art to, if you're lucky, a wallpaper!

NOTES
- The style is random, meaning you cannot choose if you get a mini art, chibi, wallpaper, etc. By taking this option, you recognize there is a chance element and may not get what you're expecting.
