The general body concept is of a wyvern like this one. Here is the actual character, I hope that the description helps. Here is a sketch of him which shows one of his feet with three talons instead of four and you can also see the head spikes a bit better. He also carries around a cigar (which is optional if your not comfortable with doing it). His tail is the usual arrowhead. No spikes anywhere else but head. Top of wings have a finger like claw and he's crazy (literally) so the pose is creativity galore! lol.

Yuppers, I can do that. Most western dragon designs are no problem for me, so I should be able to draw him.
