For people without a clue, like me...
1. If I requested a family and already had designs for the pups, would that be alright? 0__o
2. I can't find that 'looking for' and 'want more of' lists you're talking about in your first posts. ó__ò° Can you tell me again where to find them? ^^°°°

Having pre-made designs for the pups is perfectly fine - just add a description of the pups after that of the parents and which templates you want, either in general (e.g. P1, P2 and P3 for the litter) or specific to each pup (e.g. make Spot a P1, Rover a P2, etc). If you have no template preference, I'll go with the ones that I think display the pups' markings best.

The links to the lists of dogs I'm looking for are in my signature below the yellow wolf, but I'll add the links to my main post as well for people who have signatures turned off. I took a look at your Trades group and you've got lots of dogs from my list, including some of my most wanted, so you won't have anything to worry about on that score!
