Cass - Shapeshifter; she's an alien from an avian-looking brood parasite species. You can play around with her appearance if you want (bc shapeshifter). Cass and Thaleia are dating in one timeline
CJ - trickster god demigod and professional musician
Seren - Martial artist with Chinese dragon powers
Thaleia - Biology nerd with octopus powers
Jian - Makes mime constructs other people can't see, basically, and is trained kinda like Alex Rider as a teen spy type

Also here is a Good kitty cat (Saffronstream) for if you want an animal to draw.
I also have a lot of horses where their only art is their ref + one pre-lined drawing by me; could be nice to see them get a bit more art between them!

If you don't like those options, here is my overall Toyhouse to be able to browse further!

type of art : Anything that feels like there was genuine effort; that said, I would especially like art in "useful sizes" at the moment; under 500px width for CS is good, 220x400px is good, under 600x350px is good. But you can also just make something in a different size and then have an edited size version if you don't want to limit the canvas size!

Feel free to do non-realistic types of style, or to experiment with outfits and accessories!

Hi everyone!

We are locking the DCAY thread for the foreseeable future while we address a growing number of unfinished claims.

Although DCAY operates as a continuous chain rather than a traditional one-to-one art trade, CS staff considers participation in DCAY to be a legitimate art trade. When you take a claim, you are agreeing to complete artwork in exchange for artwork being completed for you by another user. Because of this, failing to complete your claim is considered a scam and is treated the same way as not holding up your side of an art trade.

At this point, there are many overdue claims spanning several months, and the thread’s two week completion rule is not consistently being enforced. This has resulted in users not receiving the art they were promised, which is not acceptable under our art rules.

If you have not received your side of a DCAY art trade and it has been more than two weeks (or the agreed extension has passed), please submit a ticket so we can look into it. This allows us to track each case individually and work toward resolution. There is no cutoff for reporting an unfinished DCAY claim. Even if a significant amount of time has passed since your post, you put time and effort into creating artwork for another user, and you deserve to receive something in return for that work.

If your claim is still within the two week deadline, or you have finished art that you are unable to post due to the thread being locked, you may PM me with a link to your DCAY post and the finished image, and I can add it to your post on your behalf.

This lock is not meant as a punishment to the community, but as a necessary step to ensure users receive what they are owed and that unresolved art trades are properly handled. We appreciate everyone’s patience while we work through the backlog and determine next steps for DCAY moving forward.
