ShortAxel ordered it from me, and the gelert was a pet that she owned. So it's more or less fan art of a neopet that is owned my a neopets member. As far as I know, people are allowed to ask for art of pets they own :3
And, when she ordered it they were for free, so I did not 'sell' it to her. I got nothing out of it other than it becoming an example of what I think a complex chibi is

And I don't think neopets could sue for someone paying for art of one of there pets. I've seen PLENTY of people commission artists to draw cartoon characters.
