New Species Discovered?
By Cimples Times reporter, B. Bob
"Yes, that's right," Dr. Pero tells Cimples Times, "a strange new creature has been discovered, we call them Kiogyns, that's (kigh-oh-jens). It's easy enough to tell the genders apart, as the males have a mane from the back of their skull to their rumps, while the females are lacking a mane. They are very timid creatures, and we've only spotted a few." Two Kiogyns were captured in the Mountainous region of Cimples, a male and a female. "They have a very complicated sort of hierarchy, seeming closest to that of a horse, where one male protects a group of females, the males do not get along at all, but the females are quite social." Dr. Jenkins, assisant scientist, tells Cimples Times. "We have been chased off by sevral, allowing us a great look at their teeth! Strangly, the preferred food is strawberries, though the teeth indicate that they are meat eaters."
Many people are suspicious of these strange creatures, namley the dew claw on the males, which may or may not carry a very lethal poison, what do you think? Should hunting for the strange creatures begin, or can we trust them enough to keep them as our pets?
