The thing that scares my character the most/the spookiest thing for halloween is... Ghosts, Nadine is afraid of ghosts. She senses that she's being watched quite often, especially after something ominous happens.

The thing that scares my character the most/the spookiest thing for halloween is... Getting a 'trick' instead of a 'treat' Twix loves her sweets and the possibility of not getting the free candy is the scariest thing in the world to her.

Things about the design you'd like to clarify? Dakota is a real wolf that I've been visiting at a nearby zoo since he and his sisters were puppies. c: I included some photos I've taken of him and also a lineart I colored of how I usually do his markings, so you can work from either reference. His colors vary some depending on the time of year, and he's four years old now so his markings are getting a bit lighter, but anyway, I'll leave it up to you. <3

The thing that scares my character the most/the spookiest thing for halloween is... When one of his sisters jumps out of nowhere and scares him! He takes off running faster that you can say BOO! (really, you should see him go when he and his sisters are playing chase irl. One of my favorite things to watch.)
