Hmm i like the idea Carry has very cute, just your simple one like when you make a small form and chose the ones you want to do c:. Just going a pitch some line art ideas^^

How about a little dog/cat/Animal XD with a rose in its mouth, a little card under its paw that says "Be mine" or "I love you"? If the be mine part it could be one animal sitting alone with shy ears pulled back.

If the i love you part then you could put another animal cuddling and nuzzling in to it? Both blushing XD

Not exactly an animal of course, but ya' know those hard candies you get shaped like hearts with tiny sayings on them? My brain went dead so I can't remember their name. cx

If you had a lineart in the shape as those, you could color the heart in to look like our characters, and then we could put a little saying on it. So techinally, I could order one for a friend and it would say like, "Be Mine" on it, and it would make for a cute gift. c:
