Does anyone know what a 'shocking toxicky background' would look like??
that’s all i need to do and i'm kind of stuck

My only guess could be al lot of rainbow neon color splothes/stripes.

I tried something like that and it doesn’t look to right, Maybe its just me but I’ll just ask them when their on and do yours in the mean time
