what i'm looking for: Bust/Mid body “neater sketch”
With Perhaps not a bg but a foreground? Leaning on an arm, on a table or imaginary surface? Bg could be any color, not too worried about that. Could he be winking/looking drowsy like he’s just woken up? Sleepy smile too :) Also, could he be wearing soft/aesthetically dull? (Day clothes) Anything you think would fit :) Maybe a drink in front of him, however that’s completely optional, just spitballing here Etched Ref
