I would like you to make me a canine character... Full color and body, hopefully a ref

Referance;;
I want a canine with a dark brown coat, not black but brown, with light blue eyes. I want her to have light brown swirls candy-cane style climbing up her front legs and then fading into her normal dark brown coat at the shoulder. She will have a single thin golden chain around her neck as her jewelry. She has a light blue thick line above her eye that thins as it trades along her eye to the very back of it and stops, kind of like eyeshadow, but then trails underneath thinly. She would have 3 darker blue dots at the end of the back of her eye, and her nose is a very light brown/white. Her ears have little blue swirls on them, different shades, and she has light brown tips at the very top. The insides of her ears are a pale brown. Her body has the normal dark brown but gets lighter and lighter towards her belly, gradually, and at the last bit of her underbelly she has a pure white coat that then eases back up to the lighter browns into the dark brown coat. Her tail is tipped with a light robin-egg blue color with darker blue dots around it just randomly spread.
