Character Info;; full name / nickname / gender / age / species . known languages / how they express themselves / personality summary . hometown / backstory . height&weight / hair&eyes / tattoos&scars / style of clothing

now, all of this doesn't have to be included, i would just like it to be along these lines, as i would like to be able to add in additional questions and/or take out some
Pictures;; umm.. if i want it to be a form for wide spread use, can i just ask for a spot for a picture at the top and bottom?

Time Frame;; A maximum of 2 months. However, I am pretty loose on deadlines so if it's one or two weeks late I won't really mind. ^^ EDIT: I would like to shorten the time to 1 month. Sorry about that!
