It doesn't count, sorry. The character must have been finished before I made this event official, otherwise I'm worried some people might create characters they didn't care about just to enter and get free art.

Spotty, I have a Hyena/Shark character I posted a long time ago on DA - this guy here. He never made it to the CS Oekaki because I haven't been able to draw a Hyena base I'm happy with, but he was originally posted in 2008. Would he qualify?

I might make exceptions for characters with an off-site post that proves that it's older than this event, yes. I haven't desided yet if I think that hyena characters that never made it to CS count as CS hyenas, but there is still a good chance of getting it accepted.

Oh Spotty, that lineart is so cute! I have my hyena character Brek, although his design is nothing special, other than having green eyes he looks just like a regular spotted hyena.
