I'd consider this do-able, but I'd need more in terms of payment. Its mostly that, I'd consider the design at least somewhat complex, small details are hard to do in this linert because its already small to begin with and doing those with pixel art is not easy even when its big. And the details, like the bird, need to be recognizable. As well as, I realize the feathers aren't actually 'big' in terms of size, but they too, have details that are necessary that are not especially easy to do, and I'd want more in terms of lineart edit payment was well.

Sorry, but that character has a lot of blending and especially since its from a very dark color to a very light color, its just too hard to me to do as pixel art on such a small lineart.

Oh, sorry, they don't really blend, they just kinda overlap, but if she's too much thats totally fine, if you'd let me I can change the character, if not that's fine, thanks!
