Maybe you could send a receipt as the artist? Or request one as a customer.
It might help if something happens
Example:
Date order was fulfilled: 00/00/00
Art: (link or picture)
Payment : (if it's a pet then this would be a picture of the pet)
Or something like that. Just a thought.
Lights: OFF Lights will almost always be on for duration of event. If they are not I am either reorganising or catching up. Thank you for your cooperation. I am super behind. If you have sent one I got it but it might take a while to get it back to you. Please do NOT resend it.

Just wondering, is it okay for an art shop owner to completely ignore someone when they don't want to do their art? I posted a form in someone's art shop and noticed they were only responding to people who posted after me, so I politely asked if they had noticed my form and they did but they were ignoring me because they didn't want to do it.
