Where would you want the blur? An either I can make the letters sparkle or the bottles, but I think it would be a bit overwhelming to have both. I'll add you to the waiting list 'cos I can certainly do this, I just need a bit more specifications ^.^

Oops, of course. Umh, we could go ahead and skip the glitter. As for the blur, it'a hard to describe, but on manips and such, one can make the first layer, I'm assuming, a little bit "softer". Sorry, I really have no way else to describe it. I will try to find a picture example. O.x

Blur- If I were to do that the background couldn't be transparent because int this example it looks as if they made that effect with overlaying textures. :C

Glitter- Do you mean the little yellow dots in the sky above the horses? It looks like it's textures again but I could try to mimic something like that.
