Per the post provided on the standard DCAY thread:

I'm sorry but staff have decided that we will no longer allow DCAY to run under the premise that we cannot prevent users from being scammed out of artwork. We do not allow "Gift the user above you" threads involving CS pets, closed species adoptables, etc. so it does not seem fair to allow DCAY to operate when it is based under the same premise.

We want all staff actions to be fair across the board, so I hope you can understand why we have made this decision. Unfortunately it is very easy for users to get scammed out of artwork and staff cannot intervene when this happens.

Since this operates under the same premise, this thread will also be closed. Thank you for your understanding!
