I love these. Everything. For example I'm traditional drawer, I'm an artist, not machine. And everyone want their requests in one day- but what if I have no mood for drawing? If I have no time? If I have my own life? I know that a lot of artists here are drawind just a few minutes in tablet and they have their payment, when I must to spent half a day to draw it in traditional!
And artists MUST draw with LOVE, not because somebody requested something and keeps harrasing about doing it.
Currently I'm not playing!

It has been over a year almost and they have had no us for it. I wish they would actually use it. I never said straight up to them color it. I just kept thinking it to myself, but that was a waste of good art. You even agree if you looked. It was a dog lineart on the savannah in my gallery. Sorry if i upset those who disagree, I am just saying what i think is right!

This is very helpful. I read it when I went on a get-tons-of-art kick awhile back, and once I got off that I opened my first artshop. It failed pretty miserably, only received two commissions before it died. But that was that. The lineart was crappy and I wasn't really artistically ready for an artshop. I've had a few crash-and-burn artshops after that, and a few ones that thrived, but lost business when I had to close them for a few months because of a move, but now I've got myself the one that I'm sure will not die for a long time.
But yeah, I'll be extremely lucky if all of my customers read both this guide and my rules. Thank you very much for posting this!
