Base fox or dog? :
Dog base with fox's tail. ^ ^

Changes?( mouth/tail/etc) :
Can the eyes be open? Left white, right glowing green (or plain green if can't glow).
And a accessory like on the petcream fox example, with a metal rabbit outline pendant. :3

icecream color? how many scoops? sprinkles+etc? :
2 (one to the far side so it's not blocking the body too much, one behind).
For the one on the far side.. vanilla with chocolate sauce and rainbow sprinkles, plus two pocky sticks. XD
And the one at the back.. just make it strawberry with some white sprinkles. o 3 o

umbrella or some other deko? :
Umbrealla please, a bit like the Japanese style ones.
Like this: CLICKIE<3 (but make the main color black, and the sakura petals red or dark pink)
