I was wondering, since I am still owed one character design from your character shop (the blue rose = 3 designs, I only got 2 at the time), would I be allowed to switch that last design for a detailed color since they're priced the same?

Yes you can switch the last design for a detailed colour piece, but you'll have to wait until the next time my shop opens. I will reserve a spot for you until then, but I can only start it after I finish all the orders I still have, and I would like you to wait to post your form until this shop is officially open again.
