When do we know we're chosen, will it be like a contest, or will you choose someone right on the spot?

Artist apps will be closed on December 9th. Then I'll take a few days to choose 1-2 artists that I think will work well with me. And then I might choose 3 artists that I notify from time to time to have them do a special, guest artists if you will x3 Of course, everyone that applies will get some sort of gift...I'm thinking 20 free points for auction and such~

I doubt I will hire anyone right on the spot, but of course, if I just completely fall in love with their designing and I know I can work with them efficiently, it's plausible :3
