Hey bab
long time no see.
The last time I was on your thread, you were upset
because you couldnt really see where your art was going...
and you were losing hope.
I posted a bit of encouragement on here..
basically trying to tell you to keep it up..
that you will get better.
To lighten up and don't be so hard on yourself.
From the looks of it, you listened to what I had to say,
and continued drawing..
so let's look at your art.
This is what you had recently finished, right after we started talking.

That's what your art looked like when you were ready to give up, and stop drawing all together.
That was in April of this year.
Now look at what you created in July.
Three months later

Wow.
That's all I can say.
To know that the same artist drew this, only three months later?
You may not have the anatomy spot on, or be the next biggest competition to the really great artists out there...
But you should be so proud of yourself.
You've taken on a bigger step.. and you've been drawing anatomy.
You've focused more on making sure things look accurate..
your colors are more on point, and you've worked to improve your details.
If you're not proud of that, then shame on you..
Now to look at what you created in August,

You did this?
To know you went from that first image, to this last one..
I am so proud of you <3
Like I said, your anatomy may not be spot on,
but you're pushing yourself and challenging your art.
You're making yourself draw fullbodies,
and are trying to add backgrounds to them that are very fitting.
You're getting into the coloring detail, and even adding accessories and all that fun stuff.
Like I said dearie, you may not be proud of your art.. but you should be.
<3 You have come a long way since April..
Please keep up the good work, and keep challenging yourself and trying to improve..
your practice is showing through your art, and you ARE getting better <3
