he essentially has a shark body for a head with cat ears and his sorta simplified anatomy is a bit on purpose, but you can add fur and a more "anthropomorphized" animal look to him though if thats easier for you!
the scales on his shoulders also can illuminate into other shades of blue/green to fit the mood so you dont specifically have to use the colors of the ones shown on the ref
he kind of has no mouth but idm if you draw one for him
