Character Reference: alastair ;; you can choose whether you want to draw his human or dragon form. i'd slightly prefer his dragon form, but either is fine. if you draw his dragon form, here's a couple more pics you can use as refs: x, x (i'd prefer without the hat -- also, use the last picture there as a reference for his dragon form's eyes) ;; if you draw his human form, i'd prefer if you didn't include the little floating hair bits (that was just a stylistic touch the artist put in, not part of the actual character)

Character's Personality: he's pretty chill, and kind of introverted, but happy
