First of all, if you don't know what a cat cafe is, its a place kind of like a cat sanctuary, but it's in a area, like a big city where most apartments don't allow pets. People can come and play with the cats, feed them, and just basically interact with them. It's also home to a pet clinic and a cat groomer.
