Welcome to my Pixel Art Shop!
I've recently learned of this magical site called "pixilart", and since I've had a lot of fun with it so far, I figured I'd open up some commissions for pixel art!
Rules:
1. I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
2. All commissions must be SFW (safe for work).
3. I am not able to draw humans/humanoids (basically anything with a human face), please keep that in mind.
4. I am able to draw most animals, I will let you know if I feel that your character is beyond my current skill level.
5. Please send payments as trades, ready to accept. I will not accept the trade until the work is done.
6. If paying in USD, payment is expected up-front.
7. USD payments must be discussed offsite, so please PM me and I will give you my Discord user or another way to contact me.
8. I am willing to do tryout/gift art, as long as you request a commission at least two weeks before the due date (if applicable).
9. Credit my toyhouse at ClockworkLion if posting offsite!
10. If you'd like to use your art in your signature or elsewhere on CS, I will provide you with a code that links back to this shop.
11. Please be as descriptive as possible if you have a specific idea in mind! I will only make minor edits to the art once it is complete.
12. I don't do well working off of design descriptions alone, so please have some type of reference available for the character you'd like me to draw. It doesn't need to be fancy as long as it gets the idea across.
13. I am currently only making pieces with a single character in them, that means no joined icons, sorry for the inconvenience!
14. All pieces will have black lines by default, so please specify in the add-ons section of the form if you'd like them to be colored to compliment your character.
15. I am limiting slots to 2 at this time, and only accepting one form per person, per opening.
16. USD commissions have priority over C$/pet-paid commissions.
NEW!17. I am now also accepting pets! However, I have some stipulations. Please see below for more info!
Some notes when working with me: I do generally require some type of feedback when I ask for it. I like to provide several updates along the way, this is mostly to ensure that you are satisfied with my work. If I don't receive feedback, I can't continue with your commission. I'm not a mind reader, and I tend to be an anxious person, especially when it comes to making art for others, so if I don't hear anything back from you when I request feedback, I will have to cancel your commission.
Additionally, I try to get commissions done within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on complexity, but life does happen and there may be times that I take longer than 2 weeks. If you have concerns about the status of your commission, please don't be afraid to reach out! I also won't hold anything against you if you decide to cancel your commission.
In the event of a cancellation, I may post whatever progress I made on your commission as a YCH (your character here) for someone else to purchase. I don't want my work to go to waste, so please understand this. I will of course edit the line work to fit the new character. Thank you for understanding.
New info on pet payments! Since I am currently trying to trade for some high-value pets, I will be accepting pets as payment until I am able to get the ones I want. That being said, I won't be accepting just any old pets! I am only looking for rares and above, and only ones with at least decent demand. They do not have to be on my wishlist either, but I will not be accepting any of the following (unless they are on my wishlist):
-Rats
-Horses
-Ponies
-Nick pets
-Recent rares (anything from 2015 to present, excludes store pets)
In order to make things easier, I would suggest using this thread to help determine how many/what type of pets you would have to offer to be around the same ball-park as my C$ prices.

- *Complex designs are ones which have more small details, such as stripes, leopard spots, or otherwise intricate markings. This also applies to complex silhouettes, such as ones with multiple wings, abnormal body shapes, etc. If you're unsure whether or not your character's design counts as complex, don't be afraid to ask!
