Question on Pet Dates

Greetings,

I am wondering if a pets value decreases if they're not released within their planned timeframe. For example, I was able to adopt Valentine's Day 2025 pets on February 15th and as well for St. Patrick's Day 2025, which were adopted on Marth 19th. I forgot about the time difference for CS servers.

Are these pets not 'true' holiday pets because I missed the date? Am I being too particular about the dates not matching? I would like honest thoughts and opinions as I'm debating on trading the pets for ones that match the true holiday.
