by rarity it's obviously unfair to you considering the C$ alone is roughly fine.
as for demand, the blue eyed gsd doesn't have a set price it goes for. it depends on the person. some will overpay quite a bit, and others won't overpay at all for it. its demand is undeniably good but personally i wouldn't overpay by this much.
it's entirely your choice though.
