Items Discussion Thread. V.1

So I'm noticing more and more items being released particularly in the store. Well People who can get them can flock to the "Fun Ways to Use Items", but how about those who don't have the items and just want to discussion likes/dislikes without having to actually dress their pet or own them? Well I messaged Spotty and asked her if there was a place or if i could made a thread about it.

How are you? I have a question; Could I a make CS Store Discussion thread? I mean so many awesome items [and pets, but I guess those go under each month...] come out and I see them flock the "fun ways to use items" Thread, but how about those who don't have the money/pets to trade to get the items and we just want to discuss them? Is there a place for that and I'm missing it? Thanks for your time, CalicoWolf

That's a good question actually. I don't see a problem with it myself, if you put a title like "items discussion", "your favourite items" or something like that. It's probably a good idea to have item in the title so people don't use it to talk about the store pets. Just try to make it stand out from the "fun ways to use items" in how you set it up to avoid having people complain about it being a duplicate.

So here it is. This thread is for ITEMS ONLY! You may post your pets dressed in the items as long as it pertains to your discussion... This is NOT to show off your pets dressed and stories, go to Fun Ways to Use Items! for that. No fighting, name calling or anything mean. All Tess's and CS's Rules Apply. This thread will be remade at 850 pages. Yada Yada Yada, Lets get on with having fun discussing the Amazing Items of CS.

First thing I wanna say is this: OH MY THOR! I Am in love with these eyes... they are amazing and they fit my fursona so well: - Its on the Yellow Lab, tho my fursona is a Blonde Wolf.

Indeed, they are awesome! I accidentally bought two of the black-white ones, so I am going to try putting one on a PPS pet to see which color eye shows up and the other pair of eyes on my toxic.

I was wondering:

Some items look different if you use them on an adult or a child (or different depending if used on a dog or a cat)

For example: the Vampire Hat (I marked this one with a black circle)

Would it be possible to choose how it looks in the current dress up?

SO say I want to use the Child Version for an adult dog or the adult version for the above shown fox.

Also: Notice how for instance the Viking Costume changes for Child Form but not for different species but the Vampire hat does.

I really like the new contacts, but at the same time I dislike how they're looking towards the back. It's a little bit off to me, but if I can use it well in a dress-up, it doesn't matter so much.

I think the main reason was that they look in a different direction than the regular pets is because to keep them recognizable that those are the store contacts, and that people can not be tricked so easy into believing that this or that pet is a different outcome with the new eyecolor contacts.

Umm.. a quick item related question.
Is it just me or did the "Blue Wild Wig" from the store change it's color? .
I remember it being a nice blue like it's puppy version .
I could have just imagined it though..
