That's entirely up to you and how much you like your pet, compared to the pet they're offering. But it's definitely unfair to them, so if you like the pet on their side I would accept.

That is very unfair to them already; toxic demand isn't bad at all from my experience, and what overpay they have added on would make up for any increased demand the CE has.

Overall, the concept of "demand" is up to each individual player.
