Hmm I geuss it will be uncommen but with items it's always hard to say,for now I'd say not fair but I'd ask an second opinion as CS store items are not really ''my thing'' with knowing if it's fair!

I think the CE galaxy and the blue toxic are pretty close in rarity... But more people would be interested in swapping toxics, I guess. -shrug- However, the purple toxic is slightly rarer than the blue. :3
