Demand wise I'd say the first one. The rat has terrible demand and is extremely hard to trade off

I agree.
the Spleckles might be OMG so rare, but there are too much people who don't like rats, especially the list ones.
So I would take the first trade, btw. the Red X and his PPS have a decent demand and are easily to trade / auction off.

Stop giving out false advice. A '10 rare + a '12 rare don't add up a mid '09 rare.
Two early '10 rares add up a mid '09 rare. So I would take out the '12 rare.

Edit: Oh and do you guys think this was fair? Or even by a little?

My friend saw this on my computer and was like, "OMG u accepted this?"

The grinner is a list pet and so a lot more valuable than the few rares you accepted for it.

I agree. A Grinner is worth about 12 mixed '09 rares. The pets on their side don't add up 12 '09 rares.

Like I've said, they gave you false advice.
The Sockdog is on the highest tier of the advent list (10) - the Blue Flower only at the 7th. So you would need 3 '09 rares to close the gap between Sock Dog and Blue Flower, or a lowest tier pet of the advent list (like the Lilac Bun).

The current store dogs go for a mid-ish 2010 rare a piece, so this seems pretty unfair to you unless I missed something
