The jack o lantern rat on your side is 3-4 09 rares, the vr rat 2 09 rares and the green vr dog 2 09 rares and a 10 rare. So alltogether that adds up to about 7-8 09 rares and a 10 rare, the other pets on your side aren't needed.
Rats tend to have bad demand though, so it seems like you made a good deal there (:

Since the BEG demand wise amounts to a Non the both trades are actually perfectly even, so it's really up to you in the end if you want quantity or quality.

Eat Me + Drink Me only amount to about a non demand wise and the Raven ranges from a non to a sorbet demand wise. Either way it's unfair to you.

The gap between the jack rat and the pps is about 3-4 09 rares or another low advent. The other pets add up to more than that
Though rats have low demand so it doesn't look like a bad trade

Unfair to you. The moonswirl is worth 4 nons.
The raven can go for up to a non, but the eat me and drink me won't get anywhere near the value of 3 nons. Even with demand considered i haven't seen the set go for that much (:
