@Oliverstorm yikes, those sound a lot like my made-up numbers from another thread. But as far as we know, you have the right idea: there's a... really big gap between the threshold for VR and the threshold for OMGSR. Makes sense for OMGSR (because they really should be "OMG, so rare!" =P) but VR seems to cover such a wide range...

This isnt really something we have to discuss. If nick decides there is a need for another rarity tag in our current system he will work out where it should go, how many pets per user etc etc and what itll be called. it has no use for us to discuss this as it's in his hands, all we can do is ask for an update.

What we can (and should) discuss is what to do with the next poll, if we want to have another poll on the FTT. A rarity list can be made no problem without too much time passing as its just collecting data (all of which has already been collected for the most part) so its just going to matter what we do from now on. If a new rarity tag is released then we can adjust the list accordingly but it has no use to discuss a new tag or to try and figure out how to work around a new tag - we need to do it with what we got now and can always edit later C:

is it possible for a pet to "drop-off" the list?

Theoretically it was possible in the current situation of the list, it has happened once i believe?

It was hoarded a lot and there was one hoarder who paid advents+ so it screwed up the demand and once they broke up their hoard they were everywhere so they were removed from the list.

They are still a pain to find or at least with what trading experience I have, I've had trouble trying to get it. I have more luck with '09 dogs than getting another one.

I can concur - I've been searching for one for a while to complete my 2011 St. Patrick's Day collection and haven't had any luck finding one, except rarely. And those are usually re-releases. Which I know are worth the same, but it seems like there's not very many around in general.

Tier 2 of any of the lists is one of the bottom tiers, and valued at less than a tier 10. Demand can make this vary a little, but that's generally the consensus. When you're counting tiers, you count from the bottom up c;

Just posting here that if you come to a conclusion about the "Rarity Only"-List, I'm free on the 22nd, 25th, 26th and then the 1st and 2nd of March to refine and sort the data I've collected. :'D
I don't know how active I can be apart from these dates ('cause RL and such). For the same reason I can't partake much in the discussion itself. </3
But you know that I'm pro-rarity list anyway, so we're good, right? xD
